As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support for desktop systems, software applications, and peripherals. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring a seamless computing experience for our end-users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in desktop support or a related role.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Level 1-2 Support
Experience using ServiceNow to provide support to user base.
Configure hardware including, laptops, desktops, Chromebooks, servers, and mobile carts when necessary
