We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for personal computers, laptops, and related hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and repair hardware components (e.g., RAM, storage drives, etc.).
Install and configure operating systems, software, and updates.
Perform system optimization and malware removal.
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Document technical issues and solutions.
Offer training and guidance to end users.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PC Technician or in IT support.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP) are a plus.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support.
