Summary
We are recruiting a dynamic Vice President of IT to lead and shape our client's technology strategy. This key role involves overseeing the IT infrastructure, software, compliance, and risk management while driving process improvements and managing cross-functional teams.
The VP will be responsible for formulating IT budgets, managing vendor relationships, and leading M&A integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, cloud-based solutions, and systems security, with a proven track record of driving technological innovations to support business growth.

Primary Responsibilities
Own the IT infrastructure, software utilization, compliance, and strategy across the organization.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the hardware and systems software to maintain systems availability to the user community to support business functions.
Spearhead process improvement, re-evaluating existing business processes to determine how they may change to support streamlined workflows and overall technology operations.
Develop IT business and budget plans that support both long-term and short-term objectives.
Drive Merger and Acquisition processes and integrations.
Manage IT third-party vendors ensuring appropriate terms and conditions for the Organization.
Preparing the annual budget for both operating expenses and CAPEX investment for IT-driven to support the growth of the business.
Provide strategic direction to establish and lead the risk management and cyber security program governance, risk and compliance management processes and technologies, and information security technical operations.
Ensure a framework of repeatable, scalable processes for a dynamic, centralized IT organization servicing multiple locations across a large geographic area.
Establish and maintain operations and strategic plans for systems implementation as well as backup operations ensuring security and integrity of data in case of critical event or business interruption.
Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and best practices.
Responsible for the management of the information technology policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Review and revise security programs, policies, and procedures to comply with changes in the laws and regulations.
Recommend information technology strategies by evaluating the organization's strategic plan, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating future needs.
Manage the department's capabilities and resources ensuring the projects and initiatives are completed promptly.
Responsible for managing the IT team by mentoring, coaching, training, developing, and supervising.
Maximize the mix of in-house versus outsourced services and develop strategic service providers.
Advise senior management on strategic systems platform conversions and integration decisions in support of business goals and objectives.
Education, Skills, and Experience
Minimum of undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in IT functions including 5 in a leadership role.
Experience in SAP, upgrades, and onboarding SAP to new acquisitions.
Subject matter expert in cloud-based, asset-light solutions (SaaS), including the appropriate degree of focused managed services.
Results-oriented with impeccable integrity with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and informal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical terms using non-technical language.
Experience with CRM implementation and management.
Familiarity with Power BI and utilization of analytics.
