Salary Range: $75-85k depending on level of experience
Must Haves:
5 years of relevant work experience, including minimum 3 years' experience working for a MSP (Managed Services Provider).
Project Management experience is required.
Experience writing proposals for technical solutions to fulfill business needs.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong understanding of technology and business productivity systems.
Responsibilities:
Implementing and managing IT Project both internally and for clients.
Schedule and conduct periodic Technology Business Reviews with existing clients with the goal of proposing additional IT Projects. This individual will also implement/manage these new projects.
Research and recommend IT tools for use to provide services for clients (Security, Network performance, Business community, etc.)
Provide escalation support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving support requests.
Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
