Job Description: Lead SAP Application Security GRC Consultant
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead SAP Application Security GRC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role will involve designing, implementing, and managing SAP security and GRC frameworks to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and safeguard critical business processes. The consultant will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and lead a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Security Design and Implementation:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of SAP security solutions across various modules, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, HCM, and Fiori.
Develop role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensure the principle of least privilege is enforced.
SAP GRC Solutions Management:
Implement and manage SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
Configure and optimize tools for user provisioning, access risk analysis, and emergency access management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
Perform periodic security audits and risk assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities.
Project Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead SAP security and GRC implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project deliverables are met.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand security requirements and align solutions with organizational objectives.
Training and Documentation:
Provide training to end-users and internal teams on SAP security and GRC best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for security configurations, policies, and procedures.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, security trends, and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and systems for improved security and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC implementation.
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW/BI, HCM, and other SAP systems.
Strong understanding of GRC Access Control modules (e.g., ARA, EAM, BRM, ARM).
Experience with compliance frameworks and audit requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Proficiency in SAP authorization concepts and security configuration.
Leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading projects and teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP Security or GRC certification.
Experience with cloud-based SAP environments (e.g., SAP BTP).
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and integration with SAP systems.
Familiarity with other ERP security frameworks.
