Key Responsibilities
? Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, understanding their goals and requirements.
? Communicate product features, technical solutions, and timelines effectively to customers.
? Gather customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
? Collaborate with internal teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
? Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
? Proactively identify and mitigate risks or challenges.
? Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
? Understand technical requirements and communicate feasibility to stakeholders.
? Assist in resolving technical challenges and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
? 3+ years of experience in technical project management, engagement, or related roles.
? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
? Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage customer relationships.
? Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
? Experience in the Restaurant Industry would be a huge advantage.
