Required Technical Skill Set

7 to 10 years ( Voice Architect, Cisco Call Manager, MM Voicemail, Voice design and implementation)

3 to 5 years of Trunks, E1/ T1, CM Server, Gateway and Voice mail configurations

Primary Skills
  • Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of our cisco voice system
  • Responsible for customization / Programming of Cisco CUCM ,Cisco Unified CM Console, CUCM Publisher, CUBES
  • Support and maintain CUPS,CER Publisher, Unity Connection Publisher, SIP Proxy,DSP & VXML Gateway
  • Experience in Ingress/Egress Gateway (CUBE)
  • Knowledge of Cisco unified contact center Enterprise (UCCE),Cisco Unified Communication Manager solution and CUBE.
  • Scripting experience Cisco tool set including UCCE/UCCX, Call manager
  • Expertise on configuration and administration of contact center features
  • Excellent Knowledge in Voice Gateway and SBC

Secondary Skills
  • Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
  • ITIL Certification
