Job DescriptionRequired Technical Skill Set7 to 10 years ( Voice Architect, Cisco Call Manager, MM Voicemail, Voice design and implementation)
3 to 5 years of Trunks, E1/ T1, CM Server, Gateway and Voice mail configurations
Primary Skills
- Responsible for design, implementation and delivery of our cisco voice system
- Responsible for customization / Programming of Cisco CUCM ,Cisco Unified CM Console, CUCM Publisher, CUBES
- Support and maintain CUPS,CER Publisher, Unity Connection Publisher, SIP Proxy,DSP & VXML Gateway
- Experience in Ingress/Egress Gateway (CUBE)
- Knowledge of Cisco unified contact center Enterprise (UCCE),Cisco Unified Communication Manager solution and CUBE.
- Scripting experience Cisco tool set including UCCE/UCCX, Call manager
- Expertise on configuration and administration of contact center features
- Excellent Knowledge in Voice Gateway and SBC
Secondary Skills
- Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change Management (ITIL)
- ITIL Certification
