Key Responsibilities:
AI Agent Design & Development: Create and refine intelligent AI agents, leveraging your expertise in AI prompting to deliver customized solutions across business units.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions that streamline business operations and decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and IT teams to design and implement AI solutions that align with organizational goals.
Project Leadership: Manage multiple AI initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Experience:
Experience: 3-5 years in AI technologies, with a strong focus on prompting and deploying AI agents in business contexts.
Skills: Strong background in business analysis, AI-driven process optimization, and project management.
Technical Know-How: Understanding of AI systems, particularly the use of prompts to enhance AI agent performance.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Industry Experience: Energy or utilities experience is a plus.
