We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution and delivery of strategic programs that drive the development of commercial sales and go-to-market product solutions. This role will work in close partnership with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative capabilities, technology platforms, and the associated target operating models.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, US, the Program Manager will collaborate extensively with business sponsors, the US Leadership Team, the Chief Transformation Officer, and the Technology Management Team to ensure impactful delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and senior leadership
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Manage risks, issues, and change control processes
Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Program Manager within pensions/benefits administration or financial services
Strong background in either system implementation or target operating model rollouts
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Insurance experience preferred
