Hybrid Job - 2 days in-office in midtown ATL; 3 days remote
Long Term Contract
Pay Rate - 65/hr
Location - Atlanta Georgia (30309)
Client is looking for an SDLC Project Manager to support enterprise level IT and business projects. In this role you will be on a small PMO team working closely with business executives, stakeholders, and the technology team. Responsibilities will include:
Create project plans with MS Project
Initiating and leading meetings and scheduling production events.
Manage resources, creating documentation and project tracking.
Working cross functionally to coordinate different project phases.
Work closely with vendors and internal teams on issue resolution and task completion.
Implementation planning, documentation, and execution.
Required Qualifications:
5 to 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager/Portfolio Manager working on IT initiatives, including software development projects
Enterprise level technical project experience (SDLC required, experience with both SDLC and infrastructure projects is preferred)
Must have strong MS Project skills and able to build a project plan
Experience with a Portfolio Management Program, such as Planview is desired
