OIM implementations (hands on) including - Application onboarding - Customizing workflows, rules, and reports
RBAC experience is must
Knowledge and hands-on experience with the following OIM components: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning, Password Management, Workflows
Experience participating in a cross-functional role-modeling exercise with both business and technical users to create roles that accurately reflect the organization's business and corresponding IT access authorizations to fulfill those Business needs.
Role-modeling and role mining exercises with both business and technical users to create roles
Performing role audits to find loosely coupled roles that are redundant or are overlapping and then work on to aggregate or split the role into more coherent and self-reflecting job functions.
Execution of role lifecycle processes to include: role definition, role approval, role retirement, role recertification, and role maintenance.
Configuring attribute mapping between the IDM attributes and application attributes
Map roles/entitlements to SoD policies
Custom development experience for OIM is a plus
Technology:
Should have worked on tools related to Oracle Identity Manager
JAVA,SQL - Optional(Good to have).
Should have used technology related to Role Based Access Configuration.
Education qualification:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Certifications Needed:
Certificates in relevant fields are added advantage.
