Compensation: $120,000 - 150,000 + bonus

Client Overview: Vernovis is currently partnering with a local construction company to bring in a Sr JavaScript Engineer to add to the team.
What You'll Do:
Construction and full SDLC of the enterprise UI solutions, including designing, developing, testing, publishing, and documenting applications for public and internal business users.
Applications are constructed using the latest standards utilizing modern vanilla JS specifications and taking advantage of contemporary browser capabilities (e.g. web components, SPA, PWA, offline, etc.).
Passion for high engineering standards such as: naming conventions, up to date docs/markdown, testing, and overall architecture adherence, efficiency, and lean practices.
What Experience You'll Have:
4+ years practical UI/UX engineering experience
BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Understanding of UI/UX design principles including component architectures
Hybrid responsive design layouts for desktop and mobile
Strong knowledge of the modern web platform: ES, HTML, CSS, Browser APIs
VanillaJS app development experience without any 3rd party frameworks
Conceptual familiarity with any of: Vue/React/Angular/Svelte/etc.
Cloud system experience with API-first design
Business back-office and public consumer apps
