Sunmi Technology US is seeking a highly motivated Technical Implementation Engineer to deliver exceptional technical support and ensure seamless integration of our products with customer systems. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical interface for Sunmi's North America customers, partners, and sales teams.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Sunmi products and solutions, including MDM, TMS, and Key Injection.
Analyze customer requirements to integrate with Sunmi Android payment terminals, providing recommendations and best practices.
Collaborate with third-party integrators and partners to resolve technical integration challenges.
Conduct integration/validation testing on software developed by the Engineering team, promptly reporting issues via Jira. Retest fixes and provide feedback to ensure efficient resolution.
Deliver ad-hoc training sessions on Sunmi products for customers, partners, and internal teams, and participate in technical presentations.
Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support integration efforts.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with EMV certification and integration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and MS Office Suite.
Excellent customer service skills, with experience working with both software and hardware engineers.
