Able to integrate Cognos with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, etc.).
Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Cognos software, databases, and servers.
Experience with documenting Cognos system architecture, configurations, and customizations; and develop user manuals and technical documentation for the Cognos environment.
What You Will Do

Support the deployment of new versions, patches, and updates to the Cognos platform.
Perform data validation and reconciliation between Cognos and source systems.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Cognos reports, dashboards, and data queries.
Implement best practices for performance tuning and large dataset handling.
Analyze system logs, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
Document the Cognos system architecture, configurations, and customizations.
Provide training to end users and stakeholders on how to use Cognos reports, dashboards, and other BI tools effectively.
Develop user manuals and technical documentation for the Cognos environment.
