IntePros is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support one of our premier telecommunications clients in Charlotte, NC. This role involves transitioning and optimizing reporting processes by migrating reports to MicroStrategy while writing business requirements for new and updated dashboards. You'll also handle ad hoc requests and collaborate across teams to uncover insights and drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, validate, and report data from multiple sources (databases, files, websites).
Write, test, and document SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting processes.
Create and publish recurring and ad hoc reports while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with business owners, data engineers, and product teams to identify requirements and develop solutions.
Support storytelling with data insights through effective use of Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
5+ years of overall Data Analysis experience required
SQL Expertise: Proven ability to write and interpret queries for data analysis.
Data Visualization: Experience with MicroStrategy preferred (or similar tools like Tableau/Power BI).
Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency: Create charts, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate findings.
Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to bridge technical and business teams, ensuring alignment.
Critical Thinking: Analyze data to uncover insights, identify issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
Knowledge of SDLC: Familiarity with reporting lifecycle processes, including UAT.
