We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Designer & Project Manager to oversee and manage branch design and maintenance projects. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of new and renewing spaces while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee 10-30 projects monthly, managing construction activities, value engineering, plan reviews, schedules, and change orders.
Design & Planning: Create floor plans using AutoCAD, generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections for new and renewing spaces.
Compliance & Risk Management: Review lease articles, safety and health risks, including egress evaluations, asbestos reports, and sprinkler systems.
Vendor & Budget Management: Procure and manage vendors and service providers, obtain quotes and approvals, and handle invoicing and cost approvals.
Records Maintenance: Maintain branch records, including maintenance records and lease lifecycle documentation.
Space Decommissioning: Manage all aspects of space decommissioning and storage when applicable.
Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain relationships with internal leaders, external vendors, landlords, and property managers.
Collaboration: Partner with internal finance teams and provide regular updates to senior Sales leaders.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in interior design and space management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar space management programs.
Basic understanding of building codes.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
