Job Description:

A financial services client is looking to bring on a contract to hire Client Services Representative in the greater Portland, Oregon area. This is a client facing, onsite position that will support financial advisors with administrative duties and tasks.

Duties Include:
  • Support financial advisors with their clients, book of business and daily tasks
  • Engage with clients through in-person meetings and phone communication
  • Draft and compile written materials, presentations, and reports
  • Monitor and address tasks with set deadlines
  • Manage incoming calls and record thorough, precise messages
  • Organize and maintain files and documentation

What We Are Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of experience doing administrative and sales support preferred
  • Someone with very strong customer service skills both in person and via phone/email
  • Strong understanding of general office procedures and equipment (including multi-line phones, FAX, computers, and keyboard skills)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance and conduct required
  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Interest in financial services would be ideal
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses would be ideal

Hourly rate of $20-30, if not licensed.
