What You'll Do:
Support single or multiple projects managed by Senior Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Collaborate with craftsmen, foremen, and owners on self-performing projects.
Plan projects from start to finish, understanding all moving parts.
Utilize LEAN principles to meet owner expectations.
Manage project financials to ensure they stay on track.
Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Mentor early-career professionals, preparing them for future roles.
What You'll Need:
Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and process piping.
Expertise in planning, innovating, and improving daily processes.
Experience managing mechanical construction projects
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
7-10+ years of experience in a related field.
Experience managing multiple MEP projects.
Familiarity with Lean Construction tools is a plus.
Experience with ground up Data Centre, Hospital, or Manufacturing projects desirable
