Is responsible for planning and coordination of repair orders in our network of Repair Workshops.
In this role, you will maintain project plans by reviewing design and specifications for machines, creating solutions to customer specific requirements, and recommending actions to facilitate both Customer Parts and Repair requests.

???? Be a Technical Expert: Leverage your understanding of machine design, technical drawings, and specifications to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile And Qualifications
Associates Degree in Engineering or any related technological science, preferably in the field of Mechanical or applicable process engineering.
Associate degree acceptable with relevant a minimum of 5 years experience.
International Experience desired.
Project Management Professional preferred
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
3+ years' experience in separators, centrifuge repair and/or process design.
Supervisory experience and demonstrated success in one or more service-related positions desired.
Ability to convey knowledge to a team in training and mentoring new team members.
Experience in invoicing and billing.
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Proficient in SAP.
Ability to read and decipher complex technical drawings, machine descriptions or processes to assist Team in communicating with external/internal customers
Project Management
Proven understanding of the principals of calculus and advanced mathematics for design, analysis and troubleshooting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
Takes ownership.

Committed to work as a team to deliver consistent results.
Works with other departments (purchasing, logistics, accounting, sales, etc.) in a timely and professional manner.
Desired working hours: 8:30AM until 5:00PM. Weekly hybrid office schedule, subject to change
