Job Description:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. Key duties include employee relations support, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, administering performance management and employee benefits, and maintaining HR data integrity. The role also oversees safety compliance, facilitates employee training, assists with compensation planning, and updates personnel policies and job descriptions. Reporting to the HR Director and collaborating with regional leadership, this role requires effective communication, confidentiality, and proficiency in HR systems and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of HR experience; or
5 - 7 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment
PHR certification preferred. Open to being in office.
