We are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to take ownership of maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, data analytics expertise, and a passion for streamlining workflows to enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities of the Senior Workday Analyst:
Act as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user support across the organization.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance within Workday.
Configure and maintain Workday modules, including Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Time Tracking.
Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights into HR data and trends.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve overall system efficiency.
Deliver training to end-users, HR professionals, and managers on Workday system usage, best practices, and new features.
Stay informed on industry trends, Workday best practices, and system releases to recommend and implement improvements.
Requirements of the Senior Workday Analyst:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Workday Analyst or in a similar HRIS role.
Strong expertise in Workday HCM, including configuration, security, and report development.
Familiarity with Workday integrations and data management processes.
Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and HCM experience is highly desired.
Proficiency in Workday dashboards and familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics is a strong plus.
Experience with data analytics, reporting, and HR technology tools.
Workday Certified Professional designation is a plus.
Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
