Torah Academy of Boca Raton (TABR) fosters a deep love for Torah and mitzvos in a supportive and nurturing environment, instills ethical growth through Torah values and lifelong learning, and provides a robust Judaic and secular education to equip its talmidim and talmidos with the skills to thrive in the Torah community and beyond. Founded in 1999 with 18 students, today, TABR's enrollment is close to 840 students between its Early Childhood, Boys Division, and Girls Division, operating on five separate campuses.
Evolve Giving Group is pleased to be leading the search for TABR's Director of Institutional Advancement who will drive strategic fundraising initiatives, manage major donor relationships, assist with overseeing the $2.2M annual, lead the $50M capital campaigns, and supervise the development team. As a member of the school's leadership team, the Director of Institutional Advancement will work closely with senior leadership and the development team to advance mission-driven goals through major gift solicitation, donor stewardship, and committee engagement, fostering a strong culture of philanthropy.
Successful candidates will be goal-oriented and proactive, with strong organizational and people management skills, demonstrate success in donor relations and solicitation, and, ideally, have capital campaign experience.
