About the Role - Essential Functions:
Extensive experience in commercial construction management, with a proven ability to lead project teams and establish meaningful connections with stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of construction operations, financial management, and adapting to changing processes and project needs.
Skilled in utilizing construction management software and fostering collaboration across teams, including owners, architects, and engineers, while inspiring and developing team members.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
