Our client offers construction services (environmental/stormwater). They are currently looking for a Senior Environmental Manager in Southern or Central California (offices in San Diego, Cherry Valley and Bakersfield).
The successful candidate will help run and grow the programs they currently have (stormwater construction/biology).
Responsibilities:
- Programmatic-level Environmental Management of multiple clients and internal staff members.
- Proposal writing and management for new work opportunities is required. Identify and manage bidding opportunities to ensure a consistent flow of environmental proposals from the client are sent out.
- Financial management of program, ensuring profitability and appropriate resource allocation. Utilization of billable staff is key to success.
- Training program establishment and talent acquisition management. Grow the services through additional hiring and employee species-specific training and experience program.
Requirements:
- 10-25+ years of relevant experience
- Operational, business development and technical experience
SALARY RANGE: $100000-$150000
