About the Role: Scheduler
Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and MS Project
Preferred experience in the import and export of schedules between these two electronic scheduling software.
Responsible for managing current requirements for naming conventions pertaining to Project ID, Project Name, File Naming Conventions.
Provide guidance and support for construction schedule WBS, activity IDs, constraints, schedule constraints and activity coding.
Manage and represent the owner in structured meetings for progress (weekly and monthly) and delays/claims as required.
Responsible for reporting on contractor schedule updates on a timely and efficient manner incorporated all required project specifications.
Ability to create a high-level master schedule that incorporates the contractors' CPM schedule
Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project
Keep an eye on program milestones and interdependencies
Utilize industry-accepted methodologies to analyze delays
Provide information on items impacting the project schedule
Responsible for spotting the critical path, as well as offering alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule
Strategize ways to negotiate claims, including office overhead, labor, and equipment costs
Responsible for providing technical support in claims litigation
Document changes integrated into the project schedule
Provide a summary and report on project progress
Spot project risks and include impact analysis for review by the project team
Responsible for maintaining current and standardized job files.
Perform additional duties as assigned
Typical task breakdown and rhythm - Oversee, maintain, scrutinize and level set the scheduling that GC provides, provide feedback on schedule update and make sure they're aligned. Use P6 and compare schedules, provide recovery.

Salary Range: $124,000-$185,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
