Job Description:
Job DescriptionResponsibility:
- Design and engineer antibodies for various applications.
- Produce and purify antibodies using different mammalian expression systems (CHO, HEK293, etc.).
- Perform detailed antibody characterization using techniques such as HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.
- High-throughput antibody production and screening.
- Analyze data and interpret results to guide the antibody development process.
- Maintain a detailed and well-organized record of experiments in electronic notebook.
- Collaborate with other team members to support internal and external projects
Requirements:
- PhD or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in antibody design, production, and analysis.
- Proficiency with software tools relevant to antibody design and data analysis.
- Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.
- Experience with different expression systems for antibody production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
