The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, assist with orders, and provide general support in a variety of customer service tasks. This is a hands-on, in-office role working directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Answer calls and emails to address customer concerns and billing issues.
Issue Resolution: Investigate billing discrepancies and explain charges.
Transaction Research: Research customer transactions and resolve issues quickly.
Order Support: Assist with orders related to services.
Credit Disputes: Help customers resolve credit card disputes.
Refund Management: Process refunds and follow up with customers.
Reporting: Track customer service activity and report using Excel.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
