Seeking an administrator / executive assistant for a dynamic trade marketing team. Seeking a self-motivated individual to support two senior level marketing professionals in the consumer-packaged goods/beverage manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will manage handle administrative tasks on a trade marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Overall general computer skills and aptitude to pick up technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Planning schedule, budget, travel, and expenses.
Provide exceptional service by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing inquiries, and providing support via all communication channels
Coordinate marketing activities and events
Creating PowerPoint presentation (data would be supplied from the marketing team)
Event Planning: this includes corporate functions, lunches and PR events
General administrative responsibilities
Strong multi-taking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
