This is an incredibly dynamic opportunity to join an established firm and support C - Level Executives. As a floater, you will provide high - level support, sitting on the C suite floor.
6 - 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience out of professional services required.

Hours: 8:30a - 5:00p, flexible as needed
Compensation: $110 - $115k base + OT + disc bonus.
Duties Include:
Coordinating intricate scheduling across multiple time zones, with hybrid meetings (virtual for some and in-person for others); must be tech-savvy to include specific links for certain participants.
Managing dynamic, high-volume calendars with frequent changes.
Handling phone and email communications.
Arranging complex international and domestic travel
Managing expenses and related financial tasks.
Preparing materials and logistics for meetings.
Qualifications:
6 - 10+ years out of experience out of Financial Services
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly
Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities
