Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support to the office and staff
  • Manage schedule/calendar
  • Work professionally with lead sales and marketing personnel
  • Support a wide-range of administrative related tasks
  • Desire to work Independently

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Accounting functions
  • Perform calendar management
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Update and maintain database
  • Process mail
  • Manage requests
  • Order and maintain supplies

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of administrative support experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook

Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Adept at problem solving
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint)
