Our client is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team! This position is located in Wheeling, Illinois and is fully office-based.
Duties:
Responsible for hardware diagnosis and repair
Responsible for imaging of Windows and MAC workstations which will involve the following: Preparation of Build; Implementing the Build; and Validation Post Build
Backup in shipping and receiving
Clean up of PC devices
Basic shipping functions such as proper preparation and FedEx label creation
Desired Skills/Experience:
Must have or be willing to obtain the necessary HP & Dell Certification(s) to allow for PC repair, primarily on laptops
