Pride Health (TJC Certified) is looking Social Worker (LMSW) to support one of our largest healthcare clients in Southgate, MI.
Title: Social Worker (LMSW)
Location: Southgate, MI
Duration: Permanent Position
Shift: Days, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary Range: $50,017.50 - $68,659.50 + Benefit*
(*Which include Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance. 401K. PTO.)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibility is to participate in the delivery of clinical services, including intake evaluations, and direct treatment for adults and families.
2. Assess and document the needs of clients who present themselves for outpatient mental health and/or co-occurring substance abuse services utilizing Person-Centered Planning principals.
3. Provide individual and group therapy.
4. Work collaboratively with others in relation to the client and family including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, school personnel and other family service or support people.
5. Must meet all of the contractual requirements of the funding sources and/or agency, including maintaining State licensure.
6. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings and case consultations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure.
