Job Title: Senior Superintendent - Hospitality/High-Rise Luxury Hotels

Location: Texoma Region

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for building state-of-the-art hospitality and high-rise luxury hotel facilities? Our client is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Superintendent to lead their hospitality and high-rise hotel construction projects. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of luxury hospitality environments, ensuring that every project is delivered with precision, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of hospitality and high-rise hotel construction projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets luxury hospitality standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and manage costs.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Travel: Ability to travel within the Texoma region and occasionally to other locations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction supervision, with significant experience in hospitality and high-rise hotel projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management software, strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Willing to travel within the Texoma region.
