The Mechanical Superintendent is responsible for coordinating activities related to a construction project on job site, supervising field personnel required to complete work ahead of schedule, within budget and within specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multi-million dollar construction projects (commercial, multifamily, senior living, etc.)
Knowledge of HVAC systems that typically include small tonnage DX split AC systems, individual vent systems, and fresh air ventilation but also include VRF AC systems, Aquatherm heating systems, and commercial water source heat pump systems.
Preferred experience as an active Mechanical (HVAC) or Relative with capability of acquiring HVAC licenses.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
