Job Description:
Duties:
- Manage and fulfill the duties of a project manager on projects
- Coordinate Resources of divisions
- Assign PMs to specific projects to align with duties, experience, and ability
- Safety within the division
- Quality control within the division
- Field personnel
- Financial reporting and review with Controller and CEO
- Participate in all internal Company meetings
- Site-Specific Safety Plan & Site-Specific Erection Plan
- Project hand-off/kick-off with estimator, foremen, general superintendent & safety
- Weekly resource coordination meetings
- Post Project review meetings
- Communicate needs to CEO
- Participate in monthly Work In Progress meetings
- Promote the Company's Core Vision & Values within and outside the company
- Other duties as required
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Construction Management or relevant experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Commitment to safety and an injury-free workplace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented and focused on team success
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
