Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) for organizing and managing tasks.
Communicate effectively using various communication platforms (email, phone, messaging apps, etc.).
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and support business objectives.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other documentation as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Prioritize time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with QuickBooks (required).
Proficiency in Google Workspace and various communication platforms.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
