A leading global brand of consumer electronics and appliances is looking to hire a Product Manager to join the New Product Development team. In this role, you will lead the creation, design, and launch of groundbreaking products that meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's strategic vision. You will have a great understanding of product life cycle management, from creating the idea through launch and post-launch analysis, with a strong focus on market research, customer insights, and strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the product road map for new products, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
Lead the process for new product concepts. Conduct market research and customer interviews to define product opportunities
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities.
Lead the launch of new products, including go-to-market strategies, product training, and customer engagement
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and R&D teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of new products
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ME or EE preferred)
Experience in product management, specifically in new product development or innovation-driven environments
Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Expereince in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, with a focus on new product development
