Your Role:
Handle employment litigation cases, including discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination claims.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities as you grow.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of employment litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
