We are working with a prestigious global organisation to recruit a Senior Solutions Analyst for a complex technology enabled business transformation.
Role Description: As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, gathering requirements, and executing AI and automation initiatives within a global ERP programme. Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering and documenting requirements
Aligning benefits and forecasting outcomes
Managing stakeholders effectively
Planning and executing projects
Conducting user acceptance testing
Analyzing data and mapping processes (Lean Six Sigma familiarity preferred)
Documenting requirements and designing solutions
Researching and advocating for new technologies
Qualifications:
Business and Technology process mapping
Experience with AI tools is preferred
Experience with RPA and other automation technologies is desired
Strong skills in benefit alignment and forecasting
Excellent stakeholder management abilities
Proven project planning and execution experience
Proficiency in user acceptance testing
Strong data analysis skills
Familiarity with process mapping and analysis (Lean Six Sigma preferred)
Strong documentation skills for requirements and solutions
Ability to research and advocate for new technologies
