Job Description: J.R. Lupo CPA is looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our accounting team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, billing, scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
? Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
? Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
? Maintain client records, files, and other documentation.
? Provide support with data entry and basic bookkeeping in accounting software.
? Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and other financial documents as needed.
? Assist with client inquiries and manage office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
? Previous administrative experience; exposure to bookkeeping or basic accounting is a plus.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
? Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online experience is a plus).
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
