Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, effectively managing competing priorities.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Tracking client interactions, including requests, calls, and emails, through Salesforce.
  • Organizing travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing conflicting demands.
  • Preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings.
  • Creating, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Conducting research on various topics and compiling information to support management decision-making.
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
  • Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office logistics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Five plus years of administrative support experience
  • Strong skills in salesforce
