Administrative Assistant with strong Salesforce skills. Great company culture!Location: Uptown

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, effectively managing competing priorities.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Tracking client interactions, including requests, calls, and emails, through Salesforce.
- Organizing travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while managing conflicting demands.
- Preparing agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings.
- Creating, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conducting research on various topics and compiling information to support management decision-making.
- Serving as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Five plus years of administrative support experience
- Strong skills in salesforce
