We are seeking a self-motivated individual for an Administrative Support role with the ability to quickly learn new tasks. Must have multi-task ability with exceptional computer knowledge, organizational & customer service skills.
Automobile: Must valid driver's license & a vehicle current with registration and insurance

Key Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls. • Greet visitors using company protocol for Covid. • Handle administrative requests from management. • Take detailed minutes at meetings. • Book travel arrangements. • Assist with planning of company functions. • Excellent writing skills for documents and correspondence • Create and update excel spreadsheets. • Maintain filing system for hard copy and soft copy documents. • Ordering of office supplies, promotional items.
Qualifications: • HS/GED / College Degree Preferred • Basic knowledge of Outlook, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Meeting • Basic knowledge of Outlook, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Meeting • Administrative assistance: 3 years (Preferred)
