The Facilities Manager will plan, administer and direct all activities related to Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) at a specific Aramark client location and be in compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified approach to IFM.
Qualifications/Certifications:
-5-7+ years experience in facilities management.
-Requires a Certified Trade Certification, engineering degree/diploma or equivalent experience.
-Ability to multi-task and effectively communicate. Strong ability to plan, develop, and coordinate.
-This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
