iSpring is seeking an ambitious and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with exceptional team-building, collaboration, and project coordination skills to support the CEO in driving product and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, managing projects, and aligning teams with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration & Support:
Develop a deep understanding of the Product Development Team (focused on water processing, mechanical engineering, PLC, IoT, and AI) and the Business Development Team. Build and support these teams while gaining insight into their processes and technologies. Regularly meet with them to prioritize, roadmap, and implement process improvements and technology enhancements.
Project Management:
Oversee end-to-end project management for technology enhancements and process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Development, and IT teams to define requirements and implement best practices for process configurations and enhancement requests.
R&D Coordination:
Develop research and development (R&D) plans, coordinate and lead R&D project groups to align with business goals. This includes managing OEM sourcing, intellectual property (IP) licensing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and sales planning.
Data Integrity & Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve data integrity, consistency, and optimization across all systems. Address data issues promptly and explore AI-driven solutions for further enhancement.
Change Management & Training:
Support change management efforts for technology enhancements, process improvements, and new technology implementations. This includes planning communications, facilitating dealer/installer training, and creating training materials such as guides and instructional videos.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in requirements gathering, project management, or supporting product and business development initiatives.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, create roadmaps, and lead change management efforts.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of an organization.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Benefits:
iSpring is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the United States is $85K- $105K.
