Job Summary: This project manager role involves overseeing project delivery, technical tasks, management, and leadership. You'll manage projects from planning to release, ensuring success by coordinating with team members and stakeholders. You'll also provide project management consulting and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Use enterprise tools, align projects with IT goals, manage changes, define vision and success criteria, lead teams, develop training materials, improve business processes, oversee testing and deployment, manage vendors and contracts, solve issues, and innovate.
Technical Leadership: Promote global collaboration, adapt technologies, lead improvements, provide consulting, contribute to planning and process improvements, identify and solve problems, enhance skills through training, streamline systems, represent the company at IT events, and train staff.
Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders, share best practices and innovations, assist in staff recruitment, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
4+ years of IT project management experience.
Experience in business process re-engineering.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Advanced skills in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams preferred.
Experience with SQL Server or other RDBMS preferred.
Experience with cloud-based CRM or BI solutions preferred.
Knowledge of SDLC and agile development.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
