Partner closely with cross-functional teams and operations to lead initiatives aimed at improving safety, 1st pass quality, and production efficiencies. This includes planning and leading Kaizen process improvement events to drive impactful change. Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement initiatives in plating, engraving, and machining processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, materials, metallurgical, or mechanical engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience in process engineering, with a focus on metallurgy and plating (chrome/copper).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing (Kaizen/Gemba) is a plus.
