Coordinate complex calendar management and act as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Oversee the CEO's travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary management.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including creating documents, maintaining filing systems, and managing databases.
Organize CEO communications and plan executive-level meetings and events, including off-site engagements.
Refine and maintain internal processes that enhance the CEO's workflow and productivity.
Requirements:
Two or more years of experience in an Executive Assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Strong time-management and multitasking skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and a demonstrated aptitude for learning new software systems.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and an eagerness to take on challenges.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
