Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for a Temporary Office Manager to assist their team!
This assignment will start in the new year and last about 6 months.
Hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Meatpacking District
*Fully onsite
Responsibilities:
Sit at the front desk and greet guests
Answer phones and take messages
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Maintain office inventory and restock pantries
Set up meetings and conference rooms
Handle incoming deliveries and distribution of mail
Order office lunches
Submit building maintenance requests
Assist with printing, scanning, and copying
Act as a back up to other admins
Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
Self-starter who requires little direction
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work alongside a team as well as independently
