Following an increased backlog of work, G&E Partners are working with a reputable GC operating in Las Vegas, NV. We're seeking a motivated Project Manager seeking to join the ranks of a growing company and battle their backlog of heavy highway, asphalt paving and site development projects.
The Position:
Overseeing and expediting projects and crews.
Liaison with clients to ensure exact specifications within a project are met.
Manage and supervise budget controls, CPM, schedules,
Proactively address any issues that may arise during a project.
Conduct occasional field inspections.
Occasionally estimate and oversee bids on new projects.
Communicate with upper management and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar fields.
Experience with Heavy civil construction projects - Roads, highways, dry utilities etc.
Minimum 5 years of Project management experience.
Familiar with managing schedules and budget controls.
Estimating experience preferred.
