We are seeking a motivated Quality Manager for our client, a $1B manufacturer and leader in their space. In this role you will oversee and assess customer complaints, quality systems, and ensure compliance with ISO standards while fostering strong plant leadership collaboration. This role will be focused in customer complaints and root cause analysis, not plant quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using proven methodologies.
Conduct internal audits and analyze production data to ensure high-quality outputs.
Travel 10% of the time to internal plants across the US.
Collaborate with leadership to address field complaints and optimize processes.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support quality initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
Technical manufacturing experience; ISO 9001 familiarity preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
